    Common questions

Open the Days Ago Calculator, type the number of days, and the date appears immediately. You also get the weekday, the ISO date, US and European formats, the ISO week number, the day of the year and the quarter.
They answer opposite questions. "Days ago" starts from a number and gives you a date: you know it was 60 days, you want the date. "Days since" starts from a date and gives you a number: you know the date, you want to know how long it has been.
No. Four weeks is always exactly 28 days. A calendar month is 28, 29, 30 or 31 days. The two only line up in February of a non-leap year, which is why the site keeps weeks and months as separate tools.
Yes. Leap years follow the rule that a year divisible by 4 is a leap year, except century years, which must be divisible by 400. So 2000 was a leap year and 1900 was not. Subtracting a year from February 29 clamps to February 28, which is the convention used in contracts and legal age calculations.
No. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to install. Every calculation runs in your browser, so the dates you type are never sent anywhere.
